What the report contains
Required: date, reason for the extra work and description of the additional service.
Add the customer, project, site and order reference. Work-time entries, materials or equipment and billing notes document the extra effort. A note included in the PDF is visible to its recipient.

Select the customer and project, then check the date, people and details that belong to the report.

Document additional work with its reason, time, materials and confirmation. Required fields and available line items depend on the document type.

Save, review and share
Save the draft, add optional photos and applicable confirmations, review the preview and explicitly create the PDF. You choose when to share it.
