What the report contains
Required: customer, date and material line items.
Enter each material, quantity and appropriate unit. Add the project, site, worker or issuer and remarks where relevant. The material note documents items; it does not create an invoice or maintain inventory.

Select the customer and project, then check the date, people and details that belong to the report.

Details and line items
Record materials with quantities, units, customer, issuer and remarks. Required fields and available line items depend on the document type.

Save, review and share
Save the draft, add optional photos and applicable confirmations, review the preview and explicitly create the PDF. You choose when to share it.

Choose Atlas, Klassik or Kontor on Android and Windows. Adjust your company logo, header, photo layout and footer in PDF settings. Preview, save your choice and create new documents: saved PDFs keep their original revision.
