What the report contains
Required: vehicle or registration, date and driver or worker.
Add mileage, fuel level and location. Check lights, tyres, windows and mirrors, fluids, load or tools and cleanliness. Mark each item OK, issue found or not checked. Describe damage and add optional photos.
